 As Managing Director of Finance, Bill Weber, BS, MBA, is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the day to day financial operations for PHMC and its related affiliates; compliance with financial requirements of various funding sources; the coordination and preparation for year-end audits and other third-party audits and reviews; the development and update of internal policies and procedures manual; development of budgets and related documents for grant proposals; provides offsite financial management and technical assistance to other local non-profit organizations. Weber also acts as PHMC’s Fiscal Director on many PHMC contracts like SERK, AACO, OST and Regional Task Force.
