As Chief Legal Officer for PHMC, Jill negotiates, writes, and manages the development of legal agreements and contracts, supports real estate negotiations, acts as a liaison with landlords, drafts loan documentation, performs pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights, advises on contract status, legal risks and plays a key role in negotiating PHMC business deals. Jill is one of PHMC's premier consultants on legal language and unique legal issues impacting the organization and works closely with all business groups and affiliates within PHMC to assist them with legal business needs. Before coming to PHMC, Jill worked as an attorney at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, where she performed all aspects of the commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of commercial properties such as shopping centers, hotels and office buildings and general corporate transactions and negotiations. Jill is a member of the Delaware Valley Association of Corporate Counsel, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, as well as a board member of the ALS Hope Foundation. Jill earned a B.B.A from George Washington University, an M.B.A from Temple University Fox School of Business and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
