As Senior Managing Director of Integrated Health Services, Michelle oversees physical and behavioral health services at PHMC, including Specialized Health Services, PHMC’s Behavioral Health Services portfolio including in- and out-patient treatment programs and the Healthcare for the Homeless program. She has oversight of the PHMC health network, which includes five federally qualified health centers serving homeless and vulnerable populations.

Prior to PHMC, Michelle served as Vice President of the Orchard Hills Program at KidsPeace National Centers, a large nonprofit organization that serves the behavioral health needs of children, families and communities. In that position, she played a central role in the strategic planning process and oversaw an annual operating budget of more than $65 million and a staff of 1,000 employees. In her more than 20 years at KidsPeace, Michelle held a variety of clinical, programmatic and executive leadership roles. Additionally, Michelle served as an ambassador for the organization in its relationships with funders, marketing, customer relations and community outreach.

Michelle earned a B.A in Social Work from Marywood University and a Master’s in Social Work from Bloomsburg University. She was recently a board member for Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth & Family Services.
