Rhonda Coleman is the managing director of real estate and facilities, a group within PHMC dedicated to first-class operations, administration and support for PHMC's headquarters and various program and affiliate properties. Rhonda has a diverse professional background in Corporate Real Estate including property acquisitions & dispositions, space forecasting, project planning and management, facilities management, business planning, budgeting, risk identification and mitigation and business process improvement. She spent several years working at Wilmington Trust Corporation in various leadership roles, including the role of Vice President of Corporate Real Estate. She later served as Project Manager of Facilities Planning and Construction at the University of Delaware, where she managed up to 28 projects simultaneously. Rhonda also worked in a consulting capacity with TD Bank in their Real Estate Department, where she managed several fast-paced, multi-million dollar projects, managing the bank's acquisitions in both the US and Canada. Rhonda has a B.S. in Banking and Finance from Wilmington University. She is OSHA certified and has taken several continuing education courses in real estate, finance, property administration and law and risk management.
