Marino Puliti is Public Health Management Corporation's Chief Financial Officer and has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit financial and administrative matters. Marino has an M.B.A. from Temple University with a concentration in Health Care Administration and Accounting. During his employment tenure, he also served as the Controller of UCPA of Philadelphia & Vicinity for three years and as the interim controller for numerous other small nonprofits as part of PHMC's technical assistance program to other nonprofit organizations. In his position at PHMC, Marino is responsible for administrating and determining policy for overall administrative activities of PHMC and its affiliates to include fiscal, human resources and benefits, grants management, leasing, purchasing and insurance. Marino attends PHMC's Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings and serves on the Audit, Personnel and Pension Committees.
