Natalie oversees PHMC's early childhood education portfolio, including the Southeast Regional Key (SERK) and Philadelphia Head Start Program (PHSP). Natalie's leadership has helped to expand PHMC's role in early education and align with various federal and state initiatives. As Sr. Director of SERK, Natalie led a team of 45 early childhood education professionals and also implemented several new initiatives, including the Keystone STARS program, continuously meeting and often exceeding SERK metrics. She also worked on the Out-of-School-Time program where she monitored 25 publicly funded programs for contract compliance and quality program implementation. Earlier in her career, prior to PHMC, Natalie worked as a Development and Communications Coordinator at the Low Country Food Bank in Charleston, SC, and as a child protective services case manager for the South Carolina Department of Social Services. Natalie earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Flagler University in Florida, as well as a Master's in Public Administration from the College of Charleston and University of South Carolina.
