HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNERhe Business Partner is a trusted partner that works collaboratively with a cluster of member agencies to achieve Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) goals. The Business Partner will serve as a member of the Human Resources team providing a wide range of human resources services to a variety of internal clients with dissimilar clients and goals. The Business Partner will serve as internal consultant to management team, supervisors and employees on human resources issues that affect performance and business relationships. The Business Partner is responsible for managing a broad array of human resources programs including on and off - boarding of employees, employee relations, performance management and talent assessment, salary, compensation, job evaluations, benefits, promotions, equal opportunity initiatives, and education and training. The Business Partner is responsible for ensuring that PHMC is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations to include FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, EEO and Wage and Hour.
• Six or more years of generalist experience in a high volume, fast paced professional services organization with 300+ employees serving multiple sites. To be considered you will have at least 8 years of broad responsibility of expanding impact. You will have managed and lead others for at least five of those years principally in employee relations but with working knowledge of the rest of the Human Resources responsibility. You will have had responsibility for and succeeded at high level complex projects of important corporate value. You will have demonstrated the ability to lead multiple assignments which have been delivered timely and at the degree of acceptance expected. You have a record of developing your team members. You are connected in the Human Resource community and have access to knowledge regarding the law and best practices.
