Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is accepting applications for its new Visiting Scholars Program.

The PHMC Visiting Scholars Program provides a unique opportunity for scholars to collaborate with PHMC researchers on new, original research. PHMC invites applications from a diversity of scholars and disciplines, but for the 2019-2020 program year we are especially interested in scholars with an interest in addiction, chronic disease, health services, and family strengthening.

Applications are due by April 30, 2019. Brief applications can be submitted online at www.phmcresearch.org and include a short proposal and an up-to-date CV. Offers will be made to Scholars prior to June 30, 2019.

PHMC provides a rich opportunity to carry out applied, community and clinical research focused on wide array of social, public health, and education issues.
Our goal is to work closely with Visiting Scholars to identify an area of new research, pursue grant funding in support of the research, and work together to successfully implement new research activities.

PHMC will award two Visiting Scholar fellowships to researchers who are at least three years beyond the Ph.D. Visiting Scholar positions begin September 1st, 2019 and run through August 31, 2020. Each Scholar will receive a stipend in the amount of $5,000 to support their work at PHMC.

Interested candidates can learn more about the program, review Frequently Asked Questions, and submit an application.
