Dinetta Armstrong is Managing Director of Specialized Health Services, overseeing PHMC’s six Federally Qualified Health Centers, Health Care for the Homeless, and Social Services programs. She is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities for the organization to ensure growth, progress and expansion. She works to integrate primary health care and behavioral health care services across the health network, working to maintain and improve standards of care, customer service and service excellence within business units.

Prior to her role at PHMC, Dinetta served as the Departmental Executive Officer/Administrator at Howard University Hospital’s Departments of Dentistry, Dermatology and Ophthalmology where she provided financial, operational and administrative oversite as well as led the implementation of new systems. She also held previous positions at Aquacap Pharmaceutical, A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children, Temple University and Manor Health Care Service, Inc.

Dinetta earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Temple University.
