Marlin Williams is the Managing Director of People, Learning and Culture within Human Resources. In this role, he leads PHMC’s organizational and professional development, creative learning and training. This includes developing and implementing strategies to support the advancement of employee engagement, diversity and inclusion into the organization’s culture. Marlin joined PHMC in January of 2007 and has more than two decades experience in healthcare management. For the past twelve years Marlin has lead HPC’s statewide work integrating health promotion models within the continuum of care. Additionally, Marlin provided leadership, management, technical support in the operational functions of HPS, its programs and intermediary contracts and supports joint initiatives between and among HPC, PHMC and its family of subsidiaries and programs. Prior to joining PHMC, Marlin developed and implemented a multi‐component disease prevention and treatment models within a county health and human services system.

Marlin earned an MBA with a health administration focus from Eastern University and a B.S. in Business Administration Finance from Bloomsburg University. Marlin is working toward becoming a fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE).
