Preventive and primary care
Chronic disease management such as diabetes, prescription refills, contraception services, pediatric visits, well visits, laboratory needs and guidance on how to protect yourself from COVID-19.
Behavioral health and wellness services
Mental health concerns, psychiatric medication management, stress and anxiety caused by COVID-19.
Substance use disorder treatment and support
Medication assisted treatment, peer recovery services.
Trauma services
Those who have experienced physical and mental trauma, including domestic violence, exposure to interpersonal and community violence and all forms sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
Social services
Connecting to health insurance, SNAP/TANF benefits, or other financial burdens like lack of food, unemployment, or utility concerns due to the COVID-19 crisis. Ryan White services for HIV treatment and support are available.
Most insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid. We see all patients regardless of their ability to pay.
