PHMC Health
PHMC Health’s mission is to foster healthier and stronger communities in the Philadelphia region. Its Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) provide comprehensive and patient-centered health services to more than 18,000 adults, children and families annually. PHMC’s nurses also provide primary care services in ten shelters across the City.
In addition to primary care, PHMC Health offers general, pediatric and emergency dentistry. Its medical respite programs also provide post-acute medical care for people experiencing homelessness.
PHMC Health provides a public health approach to care — one that is preventive, focuses on the connection between physical and behavioral health, and is community-centered.

A sliding fee scale is available for eligible patients based on family size and income
