PHMC Health Center on Cedar
PHMC Health Center on Cedar provides primary care to West and Southwest Philadelphia and is located in the PHMC Public Health Campus on Cedar, an innovative facility that offers integrated care and social services.
The Campus currently offers several PHMC services, including dentistry and medical care for people right after leaving the hospital. The Campus also provides services from our partners at Penn Medicine and CHOP. These include an emergency department, adult and pediatric crisis response centers, and inpatient behavioral health services.

All patients will be seen regardless of their insurance status
A sliding fee scale is available for eligible patients based on family size and income
