As 2020 came to a close and the world prepared for the launch of the first two COVID-19 vaccines, PHMC began focusing on increasing vaccine confidence across its employee base, patients and participations. With a particular focus on building confidence across Black and Brown communities, PHMC is providing all participant-facing employees with tools and resources to start conversations and debunk myths related to the COVID-19 vaccines.
