Congreso Health Center
Congreso Health Center is a partnership between PHMC and Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Inc. It offers primary care for adults, children and families and educates them to make well-informed health decisions.
The health center team consists of bilingual and bicultural staff. Interpretive services are also available. Patients can get a pharmacy discount with Somerset Pharmacy, which is located in the building.

All patients will be seen regardless of their insurance status
A sliding fee scale is available for eligible patients based on family size and income
Referral Process
Patients can make an appointment directly.
PHMC Health also accepts referrals from insurance companies, medical providers or other service agencies.
